Text Box: 3.  USE OF FACILITIES
	
	a.  Basic membership:  The basic membership fee gives members use of all facilities but it does not provide mooring  and/or boat storage.  

	b.  Moorings and boat storage:  To rent a mooring, dinghy park space or space outside the dinghy park, a member must pay the appropriate fee indicated on the membership application and be assigned a space by the board of directors.  

	c.  Storage of tenders:  Tenders for keel boats can be stored, space permitting, in the dinghy park for a fee; overflow tenders may be stored near the shore line without charge.  Tenders must not be parked at the docks or on the beach in a manner that will obstruct traffic.

	d.  Overnight parking of boats:  Overnight parking is permitted on an occasional basis when members are involved in consecutive day’s activities.  

	e.  Short-term parking of boats:  The board of directors may approve other short-term parking.   A fee may be required.

	f.  Large parties:  A member may organize and host a  large party on the Club grounds only if approved by the Board of Directors.

	g.  Camping:  Members are allowed to camp on Club grounds.  Campers may use their own grill or the fire ring next to the shelter.  (Other ground fires are prohibited.)

4.  MOORINGS AND DINGHY PARK SPACE

	a.  Assignment:  Dinghy park space and moorings may be limited.  Assignment will be as follows:
	
		(1).  Members who had assignments during the last season will have priority if fees are paid by March 1st.  If necessary, a waiting list will be established based on Club seniority.

		(2).  After March 1st, assignments (and waiting list) will be made in order of receipt of mooring or dinghy park fees.
