OLD BUSINESS:
Committee boat:
Bob Mullen presented a listing (see attachment) of four boats for
consideration for possible purchase to replace our non-operational boat. After considerable discussion, Ken Hays
moved that we inspect boat #3 with the intent of buying it. Wayne Martin seconded the motion and it was
approved unanimously. Ned Gatewood
suggested that we try to negotiate a trade of the trolling motor for a tarp
cover for the boat.
NEW BUSINESS:
Modification of the gate: Ned Gatewood suggested
that we raise the gate at the entrance to the club grounds. It was agreed that Gene Lindgren would be
asked to study the situation and propose a solution.
Road to new dock:
Ned Gatewood asked when we planned to develop a road to the new
dock. Ken Hays suggested that we wait
until after the dock has been completed and put in service and we are convinced
that it is at the correct spot
Adjournment: Tom Albright moved and Wayne Martin seconded that the meeting be
adjourned at 7:24 p.m.
