Ken Conrow was first to cross the finish line with a corrected time of 3 hours 4 minutes.  Ray and Chris Coffey finished 2nd, 6 minutes behind Conrow.

A special thanks to Bill and Debbie Shapaugh for leaving the race to rescue a sailor in distress.  It should also be noted that the Committee Boat, which had been returned to service the night prior to the race, was not launched and was needed for rescue operations. A lesson learned!

Fourth of July Picnic
on Saturday, July 5

Pack that good old-fashioned picnic basket and bring it to the Club shelter on the afternoon of July 5th and enjoy dining under the new shelter.  The Club will provide the drinks and have the charcoal grill ready for grilling your meats.  Plan on staying for a moonlight sail or raft-up afterward.
