2003 Race Program Everyone knows that whenever there are two or more boats on a body of water there is a race! The official race program for the Club will begin this year on May 4. (See complete schedule below.) As we've done in the past, we hope to share the burden of administering the races and thereby give everyone an opportunity to compete in most of the races. We need volunteers to run the committee boat for as many of the races as possible, especially in June and July. Two people are needed for each race to set up the buoys before the race, take them down after the race, run the starting sequence and record finishing times to come up with the results. Detailed instructions are available on the Club web site, however individual instruction will be provided if needed. To sign up for a time, please email me, Catherine Wisian, at clw7777@ksu.edu or call 537-4914 and I'll get you signed up. Please help out with this so we can all have fun racing this season.
