BVYC Annual Pig Roast The BVYC Annual Pig Roast will be held on September 27, 2003. The event will be a pot luck social with the main dish supplied by the BVYC. This year we would like to ask each member to sign up to bring one of the following: * Appetizers * Side Dish * Dessert BVYC will supply barbequed pork, cutlery, and drinks. The fun and festivities will begin at 5:30 pm with a host of delicious appetizers prepared by several of our club's best chefs. At 6:00 pm, we will begin to serve a variety of smoked and barbequed pork prepared by Sean and Tracie Kalic for your dining pleasure. Accompanying the barbequed pork will be an assortment of scrumptious side dishes.
