| After discussing many common sense safety considerations for boaters, Fred named the obvious safety equipment such as personal floatation devices (PFDs), distress signals (flags, flares, whistle, horn), and fire extinguishers. He also suggested that we look at the entire list of additional recommended equipment on page 32 of Federal Requirements and Safety Tips for Recreational Boats. | ||
